following the previous 1996 and 1997 beat tapes released in 2017 and 2019, dj spinna is back with another collection of all unreleased beats from 1998 created during his final days of using the sp-1200 and akai combination before moving on to the mpc 3000. still fresh after 20 years!

part 1 of 5 to be released over the coming couple of months. originally released on the phono label in 1995/96 the �parts� series from matthew herbert are a much loved collection of house tracks that sound just as original and bold today as they did when they were first released. this series of 12�s were part of an early wave of exploratory dance music that paved the way for the deep house that still works its magic on dance-floors in 2018 some 25 years later. the mix of herbert�s playfulness alongside expertly grooving production and unusual sounds makes this unique collection of work. the odd few tracks aside this is the first time that these releases have ever been repressed. all newly remastered for this reissue series, the releases include stone cold club classics such as �deeper�, �take me back�, �resident�, �people that make the music� and �see you on monday�.

chicago bee 007 sees the first ep from a-eno-acid in over 3 years. 4 dirty and danceable chicago acid house tracks. if you have never tried popping candy listening to the track space dust will probably be as close you will get to the experience. adhering to the warning on the record is recommended !

repress , strong contender for dance record of the year- red rack�em�s incredibly wonderful and fantastically wonky, disco banger, was rereleased on classic this year. after a few months of slowly embedding itself in people subconscious, it returns with new mixes. first up in the marvellously talented kink - strahil is no stranger to classic, having made a stamp on the label many years ago with his remix 3rd face. he s gone from strength to strength with his productions which have been accompanied by his glorious live performances. kink goes in, heads down with some proper techno wonk. this is indeed a beast. on the flip luke solomon joins forces with bristol�s very own eats everything and lord leopard, creating a bristol �circle of three.� the luke eats leopard edit adds a slight bit of conformity to the drums and the arrangement, without taking out too much of the wonk but taking it ever so slightly into �house � territory. overall this is a monstrously wonky package - and just in time for xmas too.
